Breathcoaching -  TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHING 

In 2018 I experienced the power of breathwork for the first time, wow! "This is beyond coaching," my breathcoach told me before.. and that was exactly what I did experience myself. As someone who can reflect and analyze pretty well, this was something different. Transformational breath goes beyond analyzing and understanding, it takes you directly to where what is blocking, the source of stagnation. It is an incredible tool for achieving personal growth and transformation. I am combining my coaching work with transformative breath since 2023.

Transformational Breathing
In the world of breathwork there are many different techniques. Transformational Breathing is known as one of the most powerful to:
- overcome emotional or physical obstacles
- release energy that got stuck
- create new energyflow for growth
- transform limiting beliefs or patterns into sources of innerpower.

My method:
Currently offering 1:1 breath sessions in Zwolle. The flow of a sessions goes a bit as follows:
---) Before breathing, we have a conversation. This conversation helps you to powerfully formulate your desire and intention for the session and to make it concrete. We look at what patterns or blockages are holding you back, so what you wish to let go of. These two elements you will bring into the breathsession, so that what feels stuck,  can find the flow again.
---) During the breathsession I guide you through three different phases. I will share more information about how the breath works and what the different phases contain, prior to the session.
---) After breathing, there is time to calmly recover from the experience. There is tea and chocolate to ensure a reconnection with your body and the here&now. For those who wish there is always an opportunity to share your experience or ask questions.
---) Finally, I will give some tips for the following days. About how to care for your breathpattern, and how to deepen you relationship with you own breath. 

Prices 2024*:
€50 per hour

An individual breathsession takes +/- 2hours.
